about the food

Historically, Winter Solstice Feast has always had great food, prepared by chefs, cooks, and caterers from our neighborhood of Bushwick, and from across the City.

Especially kind have been our local restaurant friends, several of whom are customers – and fans of the salad greens and other organic veggies we grow at Bushwick Campus Farm & Greenhouse and Farm-In-The-Sky. These sales help us keep a farmer-educator on staff to oversee the farm and the extensive programming there.

WHO IS BRINGING THE FOOD?

We will be slowly releasing the mouthwatering details of who's bringing what via our 2014 Winter Solstice Feast Facebook Event page, reachable via the "f" at the bottom of this page.

If you are a local restaurant, chef, or local spirits manufacturer, or business owner and would like to participate, email usQuickly.

EcoStation is extremely grateful and fortunate to have such great friends/fans as the folks at the super-fun Pine Box Rock Shop, Jeff and Heather Rush, who will be managing the Feast's bar for a second year in a row. Angels among us!
